The Hidden Secret Behind Why So Many Fail Over And Over

Remember this from yesterday?

[When they hit their limit they leave.]

It's true. I speak from experience. It doesn't matter how
much you give to your new recruits they each have a given
dollar amount for how much they will spend in any given
business venture whether they or you know it or not.

When they hit that limit they quit.

But let's take a step back.

If you're recruits have a limit on how much they will spend
on any given business venture, guess what?

So do YOU!

I didn't think I did. I thought my passion, my hopes, and my
desire would get me through no matter what, but . . .

When I hit my magic number, which turned out to be $7,000 it
was game over.

There was nothing that my sponsor or my team could do to
keep me in the game at that point. I had done all the math
in my head, I had taken all the abuse I could, I spent all
the time and money I could and I just wouldn't let myself go
any further.

So what happened?

I quit.

I've been there.

When you hit your limit you'll do the same.

It's a hard message to read, but an even hard lesson to
learn through experience.

The truth is you have a limit for your business and if you
hit it you'll find a way out.

It's sad that money could keep you or me from our dreams but
there is a limit where self preservation kicks in that you
will not surpass.

You here all the stories of people being bankrupt and
finding success in network marketing and you say to yourself
"No matter what I'm sticking this thing out because if a
bankrupt waiter can do it there is nothing that can stop me."

But I beg to differ.

You have a limit and when you hit you'll know it.

Now there are three things that can happen when you hit your
limit.

1. You quit and you call network marketing a scam.
2. You do what most do and look for greener pastures.
3. You step back and take an analytical look at what
happened.

I choose door number 3.

Because I did I'm now here to light the path for you, but
this isn't the path that most take.

Most people choose door number 2.

They think it wasn't them that failed; instead they place
the blame of their failure on their product or their upline
and falsely believe that if they just had something better
the results would end up different.

That's the wrong choice and that's why we have a revolving
door in the industry and it's also why so many people loose
so much money.

They never look inside to find the truth so they always look
for a "better offer".

These people waste time and money and never amount too much,
but Se la vie . . .

This won't happen to if you just pay attention now.

Hitting your predefined limit is NOT inevitable.

If you avoid ever hitting a point where you're so deep in
the whole that your survival instincts take over you create
immunity to failure in your business.

What I mean by this is, there will be no outside force that
can stop you from growing your business forever.

The way to do that, and this is where you need to pay very
close attention is . . .

You make sure you never hit your limit.

How do you do that?

You make sure you're making $ in your business every
single day regardless of whether or not anyone ever joins.

In other words . . .

If you're making $1,437 in your business a month in the
process of attracting the right people to your business,
meaning those that have the highest likelihood of being
interesting in what you do, you create a situation that you
can parlay into success no matter how long it takes.

The funny thing is when you follow this process you will
succeed quicker and easier than any other way possible
because it creates optimal leverage for you.

Why?

You have all the money you need, so cash outlay is never a
factor.

You generate leads that are exclusive to you and only you
and what you do.

That's the game I play.

Step 7: Bonus Lesson!

This lesson will be short and sweet, but incredibly

Work on you.

Listen to personal development of some sort each day. Grow a
massive library of success oriented material and live in it
and through it on a daily basis.

Most fail because when it boils down to it they don't truly
think they are worth the effort demanded for success and
settle for what live brings them.

If you work on you enough to realize your immense value
you're worth will become incredibly apparent.

If you don't have a success library, go to amazon.com now
and start buying good stuff.

Get "Lead The Field" and "Think And Grow Rich" get the audio
versions and listen to them as many times as it takes for
you to get the point.

Do it before you begin your journey, in the midst, and even
after your set goal is achieved so that they can help you
raise the bar even a little higher and set an even bigger
goal.

Step 6: How To Methodically Turn Up The Heat

You have the plan now, but in order to see measurable
increase in your success you must do five things on a daily
basis to have a little bit of magic unfold in your life.

Do these things and the only thing that can happen is YOU
becoming more successful.

1. Track your results: On a daily basis track what you are
doing to see what is working best and what is working worst.
Take special note of each and be sure to always ask the
question why? Why is this working so well and why is this
not working so well. You will find hidden jewels in both of
these questions that will lead to more prosperity and
success.

2. Attract more leads: On a daily basis make it an absolute
habit to attract more leads into your funnel. If there are
15 things on your to do list today and there is no way that
you can do them all make sure that the one thing that you do
do if any is the one thing that attracts more leads to you.

3. Communicate with your prospects: Good to attract more
prospects on a daily basis, but much better to communicate
with all of your prospects daily. It creates a compounding
effect on your success. Some prospect that came into your
funnel months ago after constant contact will begin to gain
the level of trust in you that will allow them to take
actions to grow closer to you. This act simply creates a
massive amount of trust, so do it.

4. Try something new everyday: I was going to say learn
something new everyday, but when I thought about what that
meant I realized it wasn't enough to just learn something
new, you have to take the action with will turn what you
learn into something that creates measurable results. So
learn something new each and every day, try it, track it and
then teach it, and watch what happens.

5. Grow: The most important part about your business is you.
Success is not so important for what it brings as much as
for who you become in the process. As you become more you
can do more and as you can do more you can become more. They
work hand in hand synergistically. Do something everyday
that forces you to grow.

That's it!

If you do this you will not only grow into an incredibly
valuable individual, but you'll also grow massively wealthy,
your network marketing organization will grow by leaps and
bounds and those things that once seemed too hard will seem
so easy.

If this seems like to much work, go back to before step one
and work on your WHY, because frankly if you're why isn't
big enough you're not going to what it takes to make it
happen.

Make your WHY life changing and they rest is easy.

Step 5: Creating You Online

Most important are not the technical parts of business, most
important ARE the foundational principles that is why we've
spent our time to this point discussing exactly that.

Now for the easy stuff, the technical side with a quick side
note.

Remember I said when the Why is BIG enough the how gets
small.

That goes doubly so for this stuff. Why?

The principles are the thing which cannot be taught by
formula, they must be experienced first hand. All the
technical stuff is formulaic and can be learned easily and
all the information needed for the technical side of things
is easily found.

Virtually anything having to do with internet marketing can
be found online doing a quick Google search. If there is
something you don't know just Google it.

Most of the important technical information can be purchased
extremely cheap. That's the small how.

So here's how to create a powerful online presences.

You need three things:

A blog, an auto responder, and a lead capture page.

Here's what you do.

Set up your lead capture page highlighting your prospects
biggest desires, fears, and with what you have to give
uniquely.

Allow your leads to opt in.

Generate traffic from as many sources as you can
economically.

A quick point on this is some say certain types of traffic
generation can be extremely expensive and time consuming.

I say yeah they can be, but it's only expensive if you're
not earning anything.

Make sure you are able to monetize your traffic so that you
can continually generate traffic and leads.

Once you have leads, communicate with them often via email
and personally via the phone from the perspective that you
are a life coach.

Archive all you do on your blog and be sure to add as much
credibility to your blog as you possibly can.

I.E. Ask your prospects to leave you a few kind words about
their experience in communicating with you and then post
those on your blog.

Why?

Think about it from your prospects perspective. They don't
know you at first, but they want to.

First, they want to see what others have said to give them a
firm grounding on what do believe about you.

Well if you've got plenty of others people saying good
things about you guess what that prospect is going to say?

"This person is really great and I would like to work more
closely with them."

So simple, but so rarely done.

Do it and set yourself apart from the rest.

Don't allow the excuse of "Well I don't have anyone to say
anything good about me."

Yes you do! If you have friends or family ask them to write
you a note about why they like you and let that be the
beginning.

I'm sure you have both, so there is no reason you can't get
this done today.

Just do it.

Step 4: Better Than Recruiting

When you think about recruiting, at least when I think about
recruiting an image of being on the phone for countless
hours with little return for that time spent comes to my
mind.

It's funny that what is taught for the most part is pure
torture and turns most would be successful network marketers
into cynics of network marketing.

Recruiting does NOT have to be calling leads and getting
hung up on. In fact it shouldn't be.

That situation is only conducive to those that are literally
sharks on the phone. Those that could sell snow to Eskimos
in the middle of a snow storm waking them up in the middle
of the night to tell them about it.

If that ain't you, and it isn't me, then that most likely isn't
going to work.

Want to know a better way?

Instead of recruiting, think about what you're doing is more
like being a life coach.

You've done your research, you know who you prospects are,
where to find them and how you stand out from the crowd,
well if you've got this part it's simple.

What does a life coach do?

He or she coaches you to be a better you.

Do this with your prospects when they are still prospects.
Don't force them to sign up into your business with hard
sell tactics, instead give them free advice on what they
should do based on what you know and what you've
experienced.

Here's what that does. It creates attraction.

You're now more valuable than that guy that is trying to
recruit prospects using sneaky and heavy handed tactics.

Your prospects like you now and they don't feel any pressure
towards you, and in fact start to ask in their own mind "I
wonder what it is that you are doing?" and "I wonder how I
can get on that train?"

Remember a few days ago when I said to pay close attention to
what frustrated you in your business and how that makes you
FEEL?

Well now is the time to use that.

When you communicate with your prospects use your own pain
and frustration to identify with your prospects and make it
your sole goal in your prospecting to move them past those
roadblocks and don't ask for anything in return.

Just watch what happens.

Step 3: The MOST Important Part

Ok, so now you know where your prospects are, what their
biggest hopes and dreams are as well as their biggest
frustrations.

Realize you now have done more than 99% of network marketers
will ever do towards really getting a handle on what's going
to create your success story in reality.

But there is one thing, that I don't think I've ever seen
anyone speak about when it comes to network marketing that
will, if you understand, literally set you apart from the
crowd and will have your prospects dying to do what you do.

What is it?

YOU!!!

Network marketing and network marketers are so caught up in
the fantasy of duplication that they glaze over the most
important part of their business - themselves.

No ONE in the world beside you can create your success.
Please understand this.

When I look at my downline report in my own business I
realize something incredibly important about network
marketing that you need to understand.

My downline is NOT comprised of 1000 people each recruiting
one person. It's not that easy.

It's actually comprised of 1000s of people and about 30
leaders that've gone out and done the lions share of the
recruiting.

Sure some do go out and recruit one or two people, but the
big numbers in my own business are for the most part
comprised of those leaders doing it.

You must be that leader and in becoming that leader you
will attract other leaders.

That's how it goes.

So . . .

After doing your research you MUST do this.

Look at what others are doing to recruit people into your
business and other business out there and ask this question.

"How can I be different?"

It may take you some time to figure it out, but that's ok,
once you have it you're gold.

Then from that point on always work from that unique
perspective and give that unique value.

Now that you have your foundation we can move into the nitty
gritty.

Tomorrow, you learn how to use your unique value to attract
prospect like a moth to a flame.

Step 2: WHAT Do They Want?

First you find your prospects, but then you MUST know what
it is that they want. If you don't know this, how will you ever
know what to give them?

Again . . .

A foundational principle crucial to your success that 99% of
network marketers are never ever taught and consequently
never think about.

For most what your prospects want only goes as far as the
different scripted answers you're told to give them from
your upline, not good enough!

You need to get in touch with what their deepest
frustrations and brightest dreams are if you're to make it
big.

When you're doing your research finding out where your
prospects are the next step is to pay very close attention
to what it is that they are saying. In fact, I suggest you keep
a notepad near by and jot down anything that looks like it
could be a big frustration or a big dream.

Look into your own hopes and dreams, most likely your
prospects hopes and dreams aren't going to be that much
different from yours. The same goes for the big
frustrations.

Pay close attention to what gets you upset and how that
makes you FEEL.

Very important and we'll get to why in a couple lessons, but
first let's discuss you're secret lesson and we'll get to
that tomorrow.

Step 1: The WHO

Most marketers make the mistake of thinking past the most
important step in success. They get into a business and then
just say how do I get prospects to my business, but they
forget to ask or even think about the most important
question.

"Who are my ideal prospects and where are they?"

Forget about just getting people to your site until you have
an incredible firm understanding of who your prospects
really are.

Sure the lead companies can sell you prospects, but what we
tend to glaze over is the fact that we don't even stop to
ask ourselves if those prospects the lead companies send are
in fact the right prospects.

You will go much farther in your business and your business
gets infinitely easier if you know with an incredibly
precise amount of certainty who your prospects really are.

How do you find them?

First look at yourself, you're your ideal prospect right?

How did you find your business?

Start there.

Then begin looking online for places where people like YOU
hang out and get a good feel for who and where your
prospects are.

Do this today, take notes and I'll see you tomorrow for the

The Real Secret To Why You Can't...

"The Real Secret To Why You Can't Grow Your Business
Spending $300 A Month On Leads"



Here's what they never tell you when you get
started . . .

You're excited, you join a business you feel a strong
connection to, you call your sponsor and you're ready to hit
the ground running.

You ask . . .

"What do I do first?"

Inevitably what you are going to hear out of your sponsor
mouth is . . .

"Go over to Joe's Lead Shack he's got the best leads in
town. He has 3 packs you should look at:

50 Leads for $100
200 Leads for $300
500 Leads for $500

Pick the pack that works best for you."

You, being the go getter you are, go straight to the top.
You figure, the more leads I have the quicker I'll see
success and the faster I'll reach my dream of living the
lifestyle I want in this amazing vehicle for wealth called
network marketing.

You get the BIG lead pack. When you tell your sponsor you've
gone with the big pack he or she throws up no objections.
(Probably because they are getting a commission on it.)

Your sponsor gives you your team's time tested script that
converts at 3%. You do the math in your head and you say
this is gonna be easy.

You've already made a huge mistake . . .

But let's continue with the story. You've got your leads and
your destiny ahead of you.

You pick up the phone and decide you're gonna call 25 people
a day.

Your first day out of your 25 calls you get 8 disconnects.
14 people who never pick up the phone. 2 that answer and
don't even remember requesting information, but you do get
one that seems interest.

Success!

You speak to this person for 30 minutes and have a grand
time. You send them to your company's site and decide to do
a follow up call tomorrow at the same time.

On day two, you start early fueled by your initial success.
This time you actually get two people on the line that
remember asking for info, but this time you get 5 that
answer and berate you for disturbing their family time with
your sleazy calls.

It hurts a little, but you say to yourself you gotta take a
few knocks to get anywhere and keep pushing through.

You make your follow up call and your first follow
appointment is a no show.

Hmm . . .

You say to yourself that's ok, I got two more tomorrow.

Fast forward a month and you've hammered through your leads,
got your script down pat, and have a few more promising
follow up calls that never pan out.

You say I guess this is a little harder than I thought.

You buy your next month of leads and do it all over
again with the same results.

Then . . .

You buy your next month of leads and do it all over
again with the same results.

You ask your sponsor what your doing wrong, he or she gets
on the phone with you for a few calls and says you're doing
all the right things it's just a matter of time.

Your sponsors comments get you back in the game and you buy
your next months worth of leads, but this time you ask
yourself a question . . .

"What is going to happen when I finally do sponsor someone?
Will they also spend $2000 plus company product cost to get
things off the ground?"

Your mind sends you the answer . . . "No!"

You start to get suspicious of how all this duplication
stuff works, but you keep going.

Two months later you're $3000 in the whole and you cut it
off.

Why didn't it work?

Here's what you didn't know . . .

It does work, but just not for you as the newbie. On a large
scale for your upline leaders there business does grow
following this model.

Why?

Because they have 100's of suckers like you and me out there
calling thousands of people at our own expense just to see
what sticks and inevitable because of the law of large
numbers a few do stick.

But the probability of having anything stick for you
personally is slim to none.

When you sponsor has you calling thousands of leads
it creates big time leverage for them at your expense.

That's not a game I like to play and why I don't play it
that way.

It's a big reason why the folks at the top keeping making
money and the folks at the bottom keep losing it.

Here's a stat to leave you with . . .

Doing a survey of all of the largest network marketing
companies in business a full 45% of total commissions on
average go to less than 1% of all reps within the company,
i.e. the guys on top.

The Dirty Truth About Network Marketing That you Must Know

Here it is:

On the surface, network marketing companies appear to be
thriving communities of consuming customers all happy with
the product that they are consuming and they really are, but
what drives that community of thriving consumers has
absolutely nothing to do with the product itself.

Let's think about this statement.

Let me ask you a question:

Why did you decided to get started in a network marketing
business?


You don't have to say anything out loud but answer this
question in your head right now to yourself.

I guarantee you answer is somewhere along these lines "Well,
I started my business because I wanted to make some extra
money and who knows maybe even become financially free."

Am I right?

Well let me ask you another question now.

When you prospect and talk to leads about your business what
do you talk to them about?


Most likely you try to stick to the corporate script which
inevitable ends up with your prospect asking you questions
about your network marketing companies products or services.


And by the end of the conversation you've lost control of
the call and both you and your prospect end up confused
(usually get somewhere between details about your companies
product or service and the compensation plan).

You get of the phone and hope that my some grace of god your
prospect you paid $5 to confuse will decided to join your
business.

Likely story!

Here's why:

Successful Network Marketing has NOTHING to do with selling
your prospect on your product at ALL!


To the contrary, the only thing that you should EVER talk to
your prospect about is the same thing that got you sold on
your companies business . . . More Money and Financial
Freedom!


You see network marketing is built on financial hopes and
dreams and honestly, if you're looking for business builders
to recruit into your organization your prospects hopes and
dreams of financial success are the only thing that you
should speak to them about, so they can sell themselves on
it.

As an illustration of this principle think about the
situation this way, if you had equal amounts of your
company's product in one hand and money in the other which
do you think your prospect would choose?

The top money earners know the answer to that question and
that's how why make all there money!


Here's the other shift in perspective that you're going to
have to make if you want to have ultimate success with your
business and it's simply a logical continuation on the point
just discussed.

What you think of as your company's product is NOT its real
product at ALL!

Do you think your network marketing company's product is its
moon juice or long distance service?

If you do you're very wrong.

Continuing on from my last point, remember your network
marketing business will not grow if you just push product it
will only grow if you sell people on their financial
dreams.

So if you think about it, your company's real product is
it's sales training and marketing system. The better your
company's marketing system is able to help you generate
sales the better any more quickly you will be able to reap
the financial benefits of your business.

To extend this point further, eventually you'll want your
downline to do all the work so you don't have to.

The simpler and more effective the marketing system plus the
strong the training your company provides the easier your
system will duplicate.

If you want to think about it in its most simple form, your
company's real product is its duplicability.

If you find a system that is easy to duplicate and you can
have your prospect "sell themselves" on their financial
dreams you will have a highly successful network marketing
business.

Your Job is Simple:

Find people that want to attain financial freedom your way
and then shorten their learning curve so that they can go
out and do the same.

Network marketing is not easy. I will not lie. But, in
saying that there is a little known way to absolutely ensure

Before we get to the secret let's do a little ground work to
set the stage for HUGE and quick success in network
marketing.

The level of success and freedom in life that network
marketing offers to the average person is unlimited and
that's the appeal, but there are some ways to help ensure
that success occurs for you as quickly as possible.

Most people jump into a new home bus'iness on a hope and
dream.

They look at the compensation plan and the testimonials
involved with the network marketing company that they are
about to join and see the vision.

They say "Man ... IF I max out this plan I'll be making
$40,000 a month and I'll never have to work again! Let's
give it try!"

They fill themselves up with anticipation for the windfall
of cash that is on the way and they sit back and wait for
the money to come to them.

Then a month later after they go through a few trails and
try a few things unsuccessfully they say . . . "Why isn't
this working?"

Then the next month when they put in half the effort they
put in their first month and nothing happens again they quit
and say they were scammed.

My question to you is . . . were they scammed?

You see, before you start any Network Marketing business you
have to do a little bit more homework than just look at the
compensation plan and the testimonials. You have to really
research what you are about to get yourself into.

What type of research do you have to do? What questions
should you ask?

Here they are:

" How long has the company been around?

" What is the product?

" Is the product unique?

" Does the product have mass appeal?

" Is the product a front runner in an emerging market?

" Can you become passionate about the product?

" Does the business have a powerful marketing system in
place?

" Who are the successful people in this business?

" What are the successful people doing to create that
success?

" Is the product something that the majority of the public
can afford?

" Am I personally financial stable enough to start a new
business?

" What type of a monthly marketing budget will I have to set
aside to be successful?

" What are the conversion statistics for the marketing
process?

" Is the business truly duplicable?

" What would be my break even point?

" Is there a way to make money quickly with this business or
is there a way that I can create a quick income in
marketing
this business?

" Etc.

You see it's not just the opportunity that has to be
correct. You TOO have to be correct for the opportunity and
you have to be in a financial position to take advantage of
the opportunity at hand.

Way too many times I see people joining my business that
jump in on a hope and a dream.

They have barely enough money to pay for there monthly
membership commitment and yet they still want to know the
fastest way to grow their business for FREE.

When people get caught up in the emotion of opening the
possibility for more in their life sometimes they don't
think clearly. They think if they can just get themselves in
they will get rich.

It's not just about getting yourself in.

It's about getting yourself in and putting yourself in a
position to be able to fully maximize the opportunity at
hand.


I get asked the following WRONG question all the time.

"How long until I make money?"

It's not about how long until you make money it's about what
you have to do to make money.

The truth is you could put yourself in a profitable
situation tomorrow or today, but it would take resources and
a good deal of learning to know how to do it.

The truth is, the fast way is never the FREE way. It's
either going to take you a good deal of money to put
yourself in a profitable position or a good deal of
education and leverage, and most of the time both.

There is no luck factor.

You don't earn money until you are worth of the income you
produce. As the great Earl Nightingale always says "You have
to be worth more than you are getting paid for you'r inc0me
to grow."

This is the natural state of all things and it's not going
to change. In order for your inc0me to grow you must grow.

Let me back up for a second to say that you CAN create a
large amount of success in Network Marketing for fr'ee, but
not until you know how.
